first take 11’ feet of string, a glove, a bolt and nut, then a Frisbee then drill a hole in the center of the Frisbee tie one end of the string around one end of the bolt and put it through the hole then put the nut on (as shown in picture 1) then take the other end and put it around a glove and sow/ tap parts of the string around the glove (as shown in pictures 2 and 3) then you should be all done i hope this helps for all us non benders visit the blog for how to of fire bending  

I can post the how tos faster if you want to know how to make water and earth I’m more likely to post earth and water might take a while (i need the material)

  the rest of this will be explanatory because fuck you that’s why the camera i was using was on the verge of dieing so here take the tennis ball and cover it in one half of the red t-shirt the do the same with the other lastly take the ribbon and tie the ends of it to as close to the bottom of the ball as you can to make the rest of the shirt a tail to make it look a bit more like fire and that’s it (i hope this helps us non benders do pro bending i will have earth and water how tos of making soon so enjoy) 

I’ve estimated that the average Pro Bending zone will be 10’ from zone to zone the first starter border is 25’ the second is 20’, the third is 10 and the farthest back one is 10’

Hey everybody! It’s me, your other host of the blog! I’m here to post some helpful links, or rather one helpful link, that will give you some pointers on Probending, just incase your knowledge of the rules is a little fuzzy. There are some rather obvious tweaks to the original rules, considering us humans are a tad limited in our abilities to move the elements at will, but the majority of it is the same!

With this blog, my friends and I are trying to make Pro Bending doable for us non-benders! Hopefully you guys know the rules so all that’s left is the materials to “bend” and how to of making them which I will supply with this blog and hopefully the end result is A: make pro bending BIG and B: Play at SacAnime this Summer (August 31 to September 2). My friends and I will be doing pro bending there.
